If you'd like to return or exchange something, please read through our policies below then contact me here.

 

I'll do everything I can to make sure you're satisfied with your purchase, and please keep in mind that Sachie Sonkin Swimwear is a growing company, so may not have the same return / exchange policies as bigger stores.

  • For all returns, please contact me by email through _________.

  • If your ordered items arrive damaged or not as described, please let me know within 10 business days (M-F) of receiving the item and I'll replace it. Shipping cost is non-refundable unless we ship an item in error.

  • We cannot accept any of the following items for returns / exchanges: items that have been worn, soiled, laundered, altered, or customer-damaged; items with liners and tags that are removed or missing, replaced and or reattached; items with odors including but not limited to - perfumes, body lotions, tanning lotions/oils or smoke.

  • Items that cannot be returned or exchanged for the above reasons will be shipped back to you at your cost and no refund or store credit issued. If you cannot be reached with your provided contact information within 30 days from when you initially received the item in question to purchase a ship charge to ship the un-returnable item back to you, the item will be destroyed and no refund will be issued.

  • Returns typically take 7-10 days from the date we receive your return. Shipping cost for returns is non-refundable, unless we ship an item in error. This means returns will require the customer to pay for return shipping.

  • We offer only one exchange per order. If your requested size is out of stock when we receive your package you will be issued a refund or store credit based on our posted return policy. Please ship with tracking, we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.

  • It is your responsibility to provide correct contact and shipping information. I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses if you do not contact me before 12pm PST on the day your order is to ship.

Really though, the bottom line is this: I'm a small business hoping to grow quite big. In order to do that, I know I must do everything I possibly can to keep all my customers happy. Please keep that in mind if you have anything you need to return. Bye 4 now!
